•Rec. Sept. 13, 7.0 p.m. Berlin, Sept. 13. The future is now more obscure than ever. The elections are due in 60 days, and observers see little likelihood of any but Communist gains. Only exceptional reasons would cause a postponement of the elections, but the Governpient does not exclude this possibility. It is believed that the economic scheme will effeet an improvement in trade before the elections. Outside observers, however, consider that the political uncertainty may wreck these hopes.
