Mi\ C. H. Clinkard, M.P., returned to Rotorua yesterday from Wellington. Mr. Clinkard will leave again on Tuesday of next week and will spend two days in Wellington prior to the openiug of the session on September 22. Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Lees, of Rotoiti, are on a visit to Auckland. M. and Mrs. Hugh Wright, Miss Mr Wright and Miss C. Wright, of Auckland, are staying at Brents Bathgate House. Mrs. C. F. English, of Hamilton, and Mrs. C. C. Williams, of Waipawa, are among those at Princes Gate. Mr. and Mrs. L. Calvert and Mr. and Mrs. L. Oliver, of Wellington, are staying at Brents Bathgate House. The Misses Alley, of Queensland, are at Armidale House. Mr. S. D. Vickery, of Hamilton, and Mr. Rogers, of Auckland, are staying at Princes Gate. Mr. and Mrs. J. Allen, of Piako, and Miss J. Waters, of Napier, are among those at Brents Bathgate House. Mr. H. Poldie. of Auckland, is at Brents Bathgate House. Mr. A. A. May, of Oakland, California, is staying at the Grand ITotel. Mi\ and Mrs. McTaggart, of Gisborne, Mr. J. Ballantine, Mr. Lawson and Mr. Titchener, of Auckland, are at the Palace. Hotel. . Mr. and Mrs. Pedall, of Motu, Mr. Collins, of Gisborne, Mr. Miller and Mr. Lindsay, of Auckland, are among those at Armidale House. Captain and Mrs. Sinclair-Whyte and Mrs. R. Purdom, of Auckland, are at the Geyser Hotel.
