Rugby, Sept. ll. Confirmation has been received in official quarters in London that the bandits who kidnapped Mr. Charles Cockran and Mrs. Pawley have been located east of Kaokan, on the way to the bandit centre at old Newchwang. The British Minister ,at Tokio has been assured that everything possible ■is being done to obtain the release of the captives.
