Public Notice is hereby giv'en that it is the intention of the Taupo Road Board, at its meeting to be held on Wednesday, the 21st day of September, 1932, under the power conferred on it by Section 108 of The Road Boards Act, 1908, and in accordance with the provisions of The Rating Act, 1925, to malce and levy a General Rate of twopence (2d) in the Pound, on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property on the Taupo Road District. Sueli rate is for the period commencing on the 1st day of April, 1932, and ending 011 the 31st day of March, 1933, and will be due and payable in one instalment at tlie Board's Office, Taupo, 011 Saturday, tlie 1st day of October, 1932. A rebnte of 5 per cent. will be allowed in respect of all rates paid within 30 days of the due date of demand, while 10 per cent. will be added to all rates remaining unpaid 6 months and 14 days after such date.
