Rec. Sep. 4, 5.5 p.m. Bucharest, Sep. 3. The Commanaant and 16 men were hlown to atoms, even garments not being discovered, in a series of serious munition explosions in Fortress Rudent on the outskirts of the capital. A serious explosion occurred in stored naval mines which wrecked many houses. A p'ece of a shell penetrated the wall of a cobhler's workshop and cut off his left hand.
