Rec. Sep. 4, 5.5 p.m. Montreal, Sept. 3. The Rt. Hon. Montagu Norman, the Governor of the Bank of England sailed from Montreal on Friday for home on the Duchess of Bedford, boarding the vessel in his usual secretive manner, three hours before sailing.
