Rec. Aug. 28, 5.5 p.m. Washingtcm, August 27. Business leaders in the- United States have adopted a six point plan to make new jobs after hearing Mr. H. Hoover say that the majority of the financial trouble is overcome. The plan is to increase employment on railroads, to stimulate industry. through the expansion and maintenance- of equipment to effect purchases of new equipment for industry, to replace obsolete worn out equipment and to share the_ cost and repair of home building. A hint was given that it niay be necessary to shorten the hours of labour.
