CHOLERA EPIDEMIC
Tokio, August 27. Prince Tokugawa is heading a committee organised through the nation to raise funds for the relief of 2,000,000 starving refugees as the result of the floods in Northern Manchuria, where an epideniic of cholera has added to the horror of the striclcen population.
