Paris, Aug'USt 24. In order to prove the efiicacy of her invention of flre-proof clothing to save aviators whose- niachines are afire, a Lille law student, Mdlle. Suzanne Biget, smothered herself with-petrol-soaked cotton wool which was ret afire. She resemhled a human torch for some minutes, but was cheerful and unharmed when the flames subsided.
