VERDICT OF MURDER BY SOME PERSON UNKNOWN

Rec. Aug. 25, 9.55 p.m. Sydney, August 25. The City Coroner inquired into the death of Miss Hilda White, aged 32 years, a New Zealander, who was found strangled in Centennial Park on July 27. Medieal evidence was that Miss White was incapable of earning her living owing to physical disability. She was seen talking with a man after the pictures on the night before her death. The Coroner returned a verdict of murder against some person unlcnown. The arrested Russian, Yictor Lamento, otherwise Jan Uschavsky, has been discharged.
