The committee accordi 1 asked the drainage engineer to up a scheme and to report as to best method of (a) surface draii and (b) tile draining the area. The planting of trees on the \ path in Ranolf Street is to bel ceeded with, approved shrubs ti used and all larch trees whiclil interfere with the uniform pia* of shrubs removed. I
