SAN JURGO TRIAL

Madrirl, August 24. - The trial of General San Jurgo in connection with which the public prosecutor demands the death penalty, and life imprisonment for two other officers, commeneed to-day. The capital is agog over the trial, especially in view of San Jurgo's strong personality, and brilliant record including fighting in Moroeeo, which earned for him his commissionersliip.
