SEAL OF SUCCESS
WORLD POSITION CONSIDERED Rugby, August 19 Mr. J. H. Thomas, Secretary of State for the Dominions, and a member of the British deiegation, speaking from a room in Parliament House' Ottawa, to his listeners at the Radio Exhibition, at Olympia (London), made cheerful referenee to the progress of the conference. He said: "To-day, we are making decisions and tomorrow we shall be signing agreements, which we hope and believe will bind Britain still moie closely with the Dominions and coloiiies everseas. j "During these hours we are sqtting the seal on the success of the conference, which I will now say is certain. That I know will be good news to every citizen of the Old ' Country."
