WORLD POSITION CONSIDERED Rugby, August 19 Mr. J. H. Thomas, Secretary of State for the Dominions, and a member of the British deiegation, speaking from a room in Parliament House' Ottawa, to his listeners at the Radio Exhibition, at Olympia (London), made cheerful referenee to the progress of the conference.
