Christchurch, Friday. In the Supreme Court to-day, before the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, Thomas Campbell was charged with negligently drivin'g to cause the death of an elderly woman, Mrs. May Gibson. The jury disagreed and a new trial was ordered.
