LONG SUSPECTED

HITLER'S AMBITIONS BERLIN, Tuesday. The Vossische Zeitung, commenting on Herr Hitler's demand for Mus-solini-like powers, says the world has long suspected that this is his aim. The storm troops would then be transformed into a militia of Fascisf model and the army would step into the background. Moreover Parliament would be abolished. The week's leave given to the storm troops is believed merely to cover secret mobilisation for Herr Hitler's next move. Meanwhile the Goveimment attempt to deal with unemployment is hampered by Dr. Luther, President of the Reichbank, who is unAvilling to provide adcquate credit. Dr. Luther may be removed by presidential decree.
