Rec. Aug. 16, 11.10 p.m. SYDNEY, Tuesday. Members of the Howard Prison Reform League to-day interviewed the Premier, Mr. B. S. Stevens, and sought the commutation of the death sentence on William Moxley, whose oxecution takes place to-morrow. The Premier, after placing the representation before his colleagues, announced that the law must take its course.
