LONDON, Tuesdqy. A brisk market has developed on Lloyds in insuring property in the Free State against damage during strikes, riots and civil eommotions. The rates for the year varied from 5s per cent. on private houses, 7s 6d on commercial premises, and £1 on motor cars to as high as £5 on a Roman Catholic Chureh.
