BANKRUPT'S SUICIDE

When the creditors of Samuel Wall, seedsman, of Hawera, who also had a grocery business in Greytown, met in Greytown, the deputy-offieial assignee, Mr. C. D. Pratt, of Hawera, reported that bankrupt had committed suicide in Hawera last week. The assignee said th'e liabilities were £1337, and the assets £1407, leaving an estimated surplus of £74. The day before he committed suicide, the assignee continued, Wall had intimated .to a friend that he had a will in the custody of a banker in England, who was also his trustee.
