EX-KAISER SUED
PARIS, June 16. The ex-Kaiser is being sued for £1000 damages by a Frenchman who. holds him responsible for the de%th of his 9-year-old daughter, killed by a French shell during the war. The plaintiff, M. Linden, of the vil-lage-of Athens (Somme), states that although aslced to do so, the Germans then occupying the village, failed to evacuate the civil population on the eve of a French attack on July 31, 1916.
