Forecast: Winds moderate tp strong north-easterlies, reaching gaie fprce in places and backing shortly to southerlies in the south. Weather: Beppming clpudy and un. settled with rain developing at first in the northern and western districts, but sopn becoming fairiy general with heavy falls in places.
