EX-ACTRESS' WILL
FAMOUS BRITISH JOCKEY BENEFITS FROM BEQUESTS. A Derby-day coincidence was provided by the publication on the morning of the race of the will of Eleanor Viscountess Torrington, of Ebury Street, Chelsea, S.W., who was at one time a Gaiety actress. Numerous bequests are made in the will to the most famous of all Derby joclceys, Stephen Donoghue, and to his children. Among various other bequests she left: — • A piece of land called The Grove, at Orcheston St. George, Wilts., to Kathleen Donoghue. An oil painting of Rieh' Gift, by A. J. Munnings, R.A., to "dear Pat Donoghue." The Chester Vafie, won by Lono Knight, to Stevie Donoghue. £2368 to the Hon. Vera Carden. The residue in proprety in trust for Stephen Donoghue for life and then for his children, Kathleen, Pat, and Stevie. By a second codicil she revoked the life interest in her residuary property left to Stephen Donoghue. She left settled land only, of the value of £10,000, and appointed all her interest in a settlement of £10,750 to Viscount Torrington.
