Rec. Aug. 8, 7.0 p.m. LOS ANGELES, Sunday. A meeting of Empire teams managers to-day elected Australians for the British and United States games as follows: Golding, 4 mile flat and also for the steeplechase, Barwick one mile relay, Hillhouse, three miles fiat. A meeting of delegates of the Empire groups adopted a draft constitution for the British Empire federation, the headquarters being in London. Preliminary discussions ensued regarding the site of the games for 1934. The Australian representatives asked that the venue be fixed for Melbourne. The discussion will continue.
