SYDNEY, Mondpy. Probate has been granted of the
will of Mr. Victor Claude Saywell, who was murdered on April 23. His estate is valued at £110,348. His wife, who was murderously attacked at the same time, and who is still unable to speak, received an annuity of £1000, and the residue, apart from a few bequests, goes to his two sons.
