LAUGH AND LOVE IN FIRE FIGHTERS' PICTURE SATURDAY, AUGUST 13. A tremendous fire — reai conflagrations, with every fire apparatus in the city at the scene; with thrilling rencues, hair-breadth escapes and falling walls — shrieking sirens, with clanging bells, pumping motors, roar-
ing flames lighting the sky and showing supermen engaged in the death defying task of fighting the most devastnting of terrors — fire! This is what you get for thrills in the 'Fourth Alarm," whieh opens on Saturday at the Grand Theatre. And for drania you get the story of a young fiie fighter who gives his life to save that of liis sweetheart. Seott Littel'on wrote the story of "The Fourth Alarm" and Phil Whitman direeted the picture. The cast can claim to be all-star without blushing. Dorothy Christy played Helen with all the pathos there was in the ro!e. She is an enchanting young person with plenty of talent. Nick Stuart is dehghtfully engaging as the fireman. Jack McDonald provides most of the laughs with his inimitable role of "Mac" an-1 Ralrh Lewis and Tom Santschi are arnong the supporting players.
