AUCKLAND, Friday. Having been found guilty of publishing a defamatory libel concerning Police Inspector John Lander, of Wellington, William John Budd, known as George Budd, and Ernest Frederick Thompson, were each sentenced in the Supreme Court to six months' impiisonment with hard labour.
