CHICAGO, Friday. A fire sv/ept through more than two blocks of buildings near the south-v/est side of Chicago's industrial area this afternoon, causing damage estimated at more than .£1,200,000. The Omaha Packing Company's plant was virtually destroyed, the loss being computed at £1,000,000. Two firemen and a spectator were snjured. Three thou^and logs were destroyed and 800 cattle and 700 sheep burned alive.
