It is hereby notified that the usual Junior and Senior Public Service Entrance Examinations for Shorthandtypists will be held on the 19th November, 1932. In addition it is proposed to hold in the four centres on the 3rd December the Intermediate Examination with Shorthand at the rate of 130 words a minute and typewriting at the rate of 50 words a minute, and the Special Examination with Shorthand at the rate of 150 words a minute, and typewriting at the rate of 50 words a minute as were held last year. Applications close 20th October, 1932, but late applications will be received up to 3rd November, if accompanied by a late fee of 2/6 in addition to the usual entrance fee of 5/- for the Junior and 10/- for the Senior Examination; and a late fee of 5/- in addition to the usual entrance fee of 15/- for the Intermediate and £1 for the Special Examination. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE 3rd NOVEMBER. Full particulars may be obtained on application to the Secretary, Public Service Commissioner, Wellington.
