Miss Jean Pearce, of Fenton St., returned on Friday from a' week's visit to Hamilton. Miss G. La Trobe Hill, of Hinemoa Street, left on Monday to attend the Diocesan Old Girls reunion in Auckland. While there she will be the guest of Miss Peggy Jacksson, of St. Stephen's Avenue, Parnell. Mrs. Hardy, of Hamilton, has been spending a few days in Rotorua. Mrs. Mellor, of Whakarewarewa, leaves this week on a holiday trip to England. • The hostesses last week at the High School Old Pupils' b: 11 were Mrs. W. G. Harwood, Mrs. ' 1 1. Bertram and Miss E.
