SATURDAY, AUGUST 6th A BRITISH PICTURE The new British film, "Stamboul," which shows at the Grand Theatre on Saturday next, was produced at Elstree studios, and includes in its exceptionally strong cast, the following well lcnown players, Rosita Moreno, who v/as seen in "The Santa Fe Trail," with Richard Arlen, Margot Grahame, Warwick Ward, Garry Marsh, Abraham Sofaer, Little Eric Pavitt, and Henry Hewitt. In "Stamboul" Miss Moreno takes a part which calls for great dramatic ability — that of a wife married to an unfaithful husband whom she is unable to leave because of her son. Miss Moreno is supported by a very strong cast of stage and screen artists and was directed by Dmitri Buehowetzki. "Stamboul" should set a new standard in British pictures.
