CASE AGAINST CAPTAIN LANCASTER TO BEGIN TO-DAY

LONDON, Tuesday. A report from Miami (Florid^) states the immigration officials to-day postponed until August 15 the hearing of charges against Mrs Keith Miller, the aviatrix, of entering the country illegally. The trial of Captain Lancaster for the alleged murder of Haden Clarlce, the fiance of Mrs Miller, will commenee to-morrow. Mrs Miller has been subpoened to give evidenee.
