AUCKLAND, Friday. Charged with being in possession of gelignite and bombs with intent to commit crime, George Sergieff, a Russian seaman, was found guilty The Crown Prosecutor said that accused was found in possession of a small improvised bomb and that a larger bomb had been found in the room he occupied. Accused was generally interested in the manufacture of explosive, having studied books on the subject. Accused was not going to do anything but blow up fish. Accused was remanded for sentence.
