1 SYDNEY, Friday. ■ tfilliam Moxley, -who was sen■enced to death for the murder of »rank Wilkinson and'Dorothy Den&j, has written to the Minister of ■istice, Mr. L. O. Martin, asking that Se sentence be carried out. ■ The Cabinet will decide Moxley's • ■tenext week. - fl Moxley's action is stated to be ■ithout precedent in the State.. •■The last execution in New South •■fales took place in 1924. fSfilkinson and Miss Denzel went i'9r a motor drive and later their •■odies were found buried several Hjies apart. Moxley was suspected S the double murder, but evaded lS»ure for some days. He was' ls*entually arrested, charged with the "Moble murder, convicted arid sen- , ■iced to deatb. He appealed against ll® sentence, claiming that he could 'wjice fresh evidence that he was ■fering from war injuries and did K know what he was doing. His jKeal was dismissed.
