The Fanners' Co-operative Auctioneering Company, Ltd. report: — At Morrinsville Sale on Friday we penned a small yarding of sheep and a good yarding of fat cattle. Fat sheep were fully up to Frankton i rates. Fat cattle, although up to i last sale's quotations, were 'easier j than Frankton rates. There was again a heavy yarding of dairy cattle, ' mainly heifers, and although late quo- , tations were realised competition was j not so brislt. Pigs: There was a • small yarding of fat pigs and an ex- | tra heavy yarding of stores and weaners. Baconers remained tbe ' same, but porkers showed an increase on last sale's prices. Stores were in ; keen demand, but competition was not so brisk towards the conclusion i of the sale, due no doubt to the large : number of pigs yarded. I Quotations — Sheep: Fat ewes, 8/3 to 10/7; fat lambs, 9/-; 2-tooth ewes, r.w.r., 11/-. Cattle: Fat bullocks, heavy, £6/1/- to £6/5/-; light fat bullocks, £4 to £4/7/6; cows with runners, £6/7/6 to £7; fat heifers, | £3/7/6 to £4/10/-; fat cows, heavy.
