The belief that the Imperial Economic Conference at Ottawa will adopt a plan favouring the importation "of Dominion wheat by England was expressed by Mr. George Milnor, president of the Farmers' National Grain Corporation. Naturally this would be a blow to American producers as on a points basis, England was the largest customer for the United States .wheat, he said.
