A troop train filled with soldiers left lier to-day with its destination announced as the interior of Bolivia,. while the aroused populace cf the capital stood by and eheered for the Fatherland. The movement was foll.wed in less than twelve hours by a demand by street crowds for war on Paraguay. Simultaneously came reports from the interior that protest meetings had been held in various towns ealling ■ down fury on Paraguayian oggression. Two thousand men paraded to the Presidential palace on Wednesday with Bolivian flags and banners.
