HAMILTON, Tuesday. In view of the urgent necessity for some relief for farmers from the burden of rates, the Waipa County Council, at a meeting to-day, decided to convene a meeting of interested loeal bodies in Hamilton next month, when the whole question of rural derating will be considered. '■
