Rec. July 19, 7.0 p.m. OTTAWA, Monday. The Prime Minister, Mr. R. B. Bennett, telegraphed thaf he will welcorae the Australian and New Zealand delegation on their arrival at Qttawa at noon td-morrow. The British, South African, Ulster j and Rhodesian delegations will reach Ottawa a few hours earlier. Thes Canadian delegation is already assembied. The Irish Free State representatives were the first on the .spot. Their status is still in doubt in view of the failure of Mr. de Valera's negotiations with Mr. Ramsay MacDonald. i
