Rec. July 19, 7.0 p.m. LONDON, Tuesday. The Daily Herald says that 10,000 tons of German coal have already been sold to the Fiee State, delivery to be made from Antwerp at 3/- a ton less than the British prices. South Wales coal owners, who suppiy 400,000 tons annually to Ireland, are seriously pertuibed.
