LONDON, Tuesday. The News Chronicle's special representative who is accompanying Herr Hitler on his campaign says that Hitler is not a demagogue as commonly believed. Even his Napoleonic pose is not conscious. He has mueh personal dignity, is convinced of the unique nature of his mission, and believes that destiny has selected him to restore German power and prestige. He js pei'sonally austere, a non-smoker, a vegetarian, and a . teetotaller. He stresses the importanee of self-help, and wants brotherhood in all classes and creeds.
