"DOWN TO EARTH" Harold (Stubby) Krueger, trick diver, can boast of one distinction aside from his art. He is the only member of the cast of "Down to Earth," Will Rogers' new picture for Fox Films, who was able to lure the famous wit and eomedian away from his books and newspapers during the photographing of the swimming pool sequence. Somebody told Rogers that Krueger was giving diving imitations of him and Will tore for the scene of this activity. With a critical eye he watched the diver for a full half hour and wlien the exhibition was over, Rogers admitted that the imjtation was funny. "But," he added, "how did he get a line on me and my aquatics; I aint been in the water for years, except jn the family tub, and then only when nobody else wanted to use it."
