\TEW ZEALAND MEAT PRODUCERS' BOARD. ELECTION OP PRODtTOERS' REPRES ENT ATTVES. It is herehy notified that under the provisions of the Regulations an election will be held for the purpose of electing two Producers' Representatives on the New Zealand Meat Producers' Board in accordance with the following procedure: An Electoral Committee of twenty-iive Delegates shall meet in Wellington on the 31st August, 1932, to consider the Board's Annual Report and Balance Sheet and to elect the two Producers* Representatives on the Board. For the pui-pose of the election of the said twenty-flve Delegates the Board has divided New Zealand into ten Electoral Districts and Delegates are to he elected for the Electoral District (being NOMINATION OF DELEGATES TO TI1E ELECTORAL COMMITTEE. No candidate for election to the Board shall he eligible for nomination as a Delegate to tlie Electoral Committee. No person shall be eligible for election as a Delegate nnless he has been nominated hy a sheepfarmer owning not less than one hundred sheep, and his nomination has heen seconded hy another such sheepfarmer, and he has accepted nomination in writing. No person may accept nomination as a Delegate for more than one Electoral District. The form of nomination is obtainable upon application to the undersigned, hy whom nominations will he reeeived at the Board's OfRce up to NOON, ON THE 26th JPLY, 1932. The list of persons entitled to vote for Delegates to the Electoral Committee (in such Electox-al Districts where an' electiin may he necessary) lias been prejxared hy the Board, and is based on the Offieial Return of Sheepowners as at 30th April, 1931, after deieting persons, companies, or otlier corporalions owning less l than one hundred sheep." Ballot papers will be posted to electors in due course. NOMINATION OF PRODUCERS' REPRESENTATIVES ON THE BOARD. No person shall he eligible for election as a Producers' Representative unless he has been nominated hy a sheepfarmer as aforesaid and his nomination has been seconded hy another such sheepfarmer and he has accepted nomination in writing.
