NEW YORK, Tuesday. A report from Fleming (New Jersey), states that John Hughes Curtis, who has been convicted of hindering the capture of the Lindbergh kidnappers, was sentenced to-day to one year's imprisonment qnd 1000 dollars' fine. Curtis who claimed to be assisting in the search for the Lindbergh baby, started a number of fictitious stories by which the police were induced to follow false clues. Curtis was formerly a millionaire, but has fallen upon evil days and he had endeavoured to explqit the kidnapping incident for his monetary advantage.
