CHRISTCHURCH, Saturday. The New Zealand Meat Expbrters' Association has Served freezing wotkers' uniohs throughout the Domihion with propusals fbr a new agreement to replace the bne which expires at the end of the present montii. The proposals contain radical alterations to existjng conditions and rates of pay. Working conditions in the employers' terms have been almosts eixtirely overhat4ed, attd fates of pSy have been reduced.
