EDMONTON (Alberta), Saturday. A commercial treaty, to stand at least twenty years between the nations of the Empire, should be the result of the Imperial Conference, which he believes will be a success, declared Lord Rothermere to-day. He asserted that it would be nothing short of a calamity if the conference failed. He was delighted over the Lausanne settlement, and felt that another success would be scored at Ottawa.
