CONSIDERED INADVISABLE SYDNEY, Thursday, The proposal by th'e Premiers' Conference to raise an internal loan ,o£ £7,500,000 for the relief of uneny ployment has received consideratiofi by the banks which are understood to have replied that .it would he inadvisahle at this juneture to launch the proposal, rather they would prefer that an attempt be made to raise an external loan.
