LAUSANNE, Thursday, The delegates of the six Powers re-assembled at 9.30 p.m. and adjourned at 10.45 p.m. without reaching an agreement. Neither the French nor Germans made the slightest concession. M. Herriot and Herr von Papen will meet on Thursday morning, and it is expected their interview will be decisive.
