The Seminole is practically undamaged. After the impaet the crew of the sailing vessel jumped overhoard. Many were asleep between the f ore and mainmast, "and prohably hecame entangled in the rigging or wero unable to reach the deck. The Seminole launched a lifeboat towards the swimming survivors. One has been sent to the hospital at Queenstown with an injured leg. The others are clad only in shirts and trousers and are suffering from exposure.
