MILLIONAXRE'S WIDOW TO RECEIVE ANNUITY OF £3000

LONDOJN, Thursday. The Napier will ease has been settled. The widow has aecepted Mrs. Fryer's offer of £3000 a year. " The widow is also to receive £20,000 eapital. This is conceded by the At-torney-General in preference to prolonging the litigation at a greater loss to the charities interested. All parties are allowed costs out of the e'state.
