1 j Mrs. Nathan and Miss Nathan, of i Wellington, are spending a golfing 1 holiday in Rotorua and are staying at the Grand Hotel. i Mrs. Cox, of Timaru, is staying at Brents Bathgate House. Mrs. H. Bertram, of "The Mount," has returned from a short visit to Auckland, where she presented her daughter Mary, who "came out" at Government House last week. For the Viee-Regal ball Mrs. Betraram wore a frock of black lace, while Miss Mary Bertram was in a dainty frock of white georgette fashioned with a tight-fitting corsage and fully- ! flared skirt. ! Mrs. D. Sheaf, who has been spend- ' ing a holiday in Auckland, returned to her home this week. i The Misses Marjoribanks, of Ranolf St., have returned from a visit to Auckland. Mrs. Johnson, of Whakatane, who was in Rotorua during last week to act as judge of the Home Science section in the Winter Show, has returned home. { Miss A. Steele has returned from ' a visit to Clevedon and Auckland, i Miss Violet Steele, of Eruera St., left yesterday on a short visit to Auckland. ! Mr. R. Mardon and Mr. L. Biss, i of Auckland, are at Brent's Bath- ; gate House. | Mr. and Mrs. Ward, of Auckland, are among those at the Grand Hotel. Mr. Wallace, of Pokapu, is staying at Waiwera House.
