Mr. Justice Kleffel, wlio presidcs over a Court for punishing motorists exceeding tho speed limits, scouts the suggestion that vengeance prompted the theft of his motor car tliree times in a fortnight. Ile is, however, convinced that nine is an unlucky nurnber, as his car's registration is 99999.
